Kids classes.
For ages 4 to 13, we have designed our Mighty Mites and Juniors Kids Classes to be interactive, motivational, challenging, and fun! We seek to create an environment where our students not only learn Jiu Jitsu, but also develop positive behaviors such as discipline, respect, and humility. Emphasis is placed on improving skills while maintaining good sportsmanship, peer leadership, and teamwork.
Our classes offer:

Classes run every Sunday (times listed above) and membership sign-ups are on a rolling basis as long as there is room in the class. We offer 6-month, 3-month, and month-to-month options. The curriculum rotates every three months, so whenever your child joins up they will receive the benefit of the full curriculum, no matter the starting point. And as the kids build understanding and proficiency from the different positions, we'll layer in more technical details and sequences.
